Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We hand over the site files, and you are free to host it wherever you like. We do not hold your domain, your content or your Google Business Profile — those are yours throughout. Part-months are not pro-rated; the exact terms are in our terms of service.
Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance. One-time builds are agreed before work starts. Add-ons appear on the same invoice as your plan. Ad spend is billed separately by Google to your own account, so you can see and control it directly.
The prices published here apply to new engagements. If we change them, existing clients get notice before it affects them — you will not find a different number on an invoice one month without hearing from us first.
